Coach Pick Up Points and Timings

If you have indicated in your RSVP that you would like to take the coach to the Church then please make a note of the following information:

We have four pick up points from hotels in Twickenham and the coach will wait for ten minutes at each stop. We have booked two coaches - one large and one small.

Small:
Premier Travel Inn Kew.......................................11:30
Premier Travel Inn Twickenham Stadium..........11:55
Large:
Marriott Hotel Twickenham................................11:40
Premier Travel Inn Twickenham East.................12:00

It is very important that you are ready and waiting for the coach as the driver does not know how many he is collecting at each stop.

If you are travelling to these hotels by tube (t) or rail (r) to catch the coach then please note the following nearest stations. You might still need a short taxi ride from the station to the hotel.

Premier Travel Inn Kew.......................Gunnesbury (t) and South Ealing (t)
Premier Travel Inn Tw'ham Stadium.....Whitton (r)
Marriott Hotel Tw'ham...........................Whitton (r)
Premier Travel Inn Tw'ham East............Fulwell (r) and Hounslow Central (t)

We hope that this makes things easier for you on the morning of our wedding.

Meal Choices

Our wedding breakfast consists of three choices of main course. Please make sure in your RSVP that you indicate your choice from the following:
  • Slow roasted belly of pork served with crispy crackling, fresh apple sauce and a white wine and sage jus
  • Roasted red peppers filled with spicy cannelini bean casserole topped with haloumi cheese
If you do not choose then we will assume that you would like the pork option.
Please indicate in your RSVP if you have any specific allergies in relation to the meal.

Transport Information

To try to make the day as easy for everybody as we can, we have booked a coach!

The coach will pick up from the hotels in Twickenham to drop off at the church in Englefield Green and then pick up from the church after the ceremony to drop off back to the reception venue in Twickenham.

This also enables you to choose to drive to the church and then pick your car up the next day if you would like to get a taxi home from the reception in Twickenham.

We will need numbers of those who would like to take this option, so please let us know in your RSVP.

Thank you

Katie and Chris
